Operational Purpose & Edge Invariants
TimingPoint represents a physical ground station (e.g. 'Twin Lakes Aid Station Tent' at GPS 39.08, -106.38). Hardware devices transmit raw pulses tagged with the TimingPoint code. Runners on out-and-back or multi-loop courses may pass the same physical TimingPoint multiple times under different CourseSplits.
